The ETS EC 150/3 EQ-Plus is the 3 mm stroke version, best suited to fine and extra-fine sanding.
For light sanding and intermediate sanding of varnish and paint, Festool also offers ETS EC models with a 5 mm sanding stroke.
The 150 mm sanding pad gives good coverage on larger surfaces while still keeping the machine compact and controllable.
Use with a compatible Festool mobile dust extractor for cleaner sanding, better visibility and longer abrasive life.
The included Granat Mix Pack D150 gives the user a useful starter selection of abrasives.
The supplied Systainer³ protects the machine and keeps the sander, cable and accessories organised.

Use this 3 mm stroke model for fine finishing work where surface quality matters more than aggressive material removal.
Do not press too hard. Let the abrasive and machine movement do the work for a cleaner sanding pattern.
Connect a Festool dust extractor for the best MULTI-JETSTREAM 2 performance and cleaner results.
Use the correct sanding pad hardness for the surface. Softer pads help on curves and profiles, while harder pads keep flatter surfaces crisp.
Work through the grits properly before polishing. Skipping grit steps is how tiny scratches sneak back in like little villains.

How to Use

Select the correct 150 mm StickFix abrasive disc for the material and finish required.
Attach the abrasive disc to the sanding pad, making sure the dust holes align correctly.
Connect the plug it cable securely to the machine.
Connect a compatible dust extractor to the 27 mm dust extraction connection.
Set the sanding speed according to the material, abrasive grit and finish required.
Place the sanding pad flat on the workpiece before switching the machine on.
Move the sander evenly across the surface using light pressure and overlapping passes.
Allow the pad to stop completely before lifting the sander away from the surface.
Change abrasives as needed and keep the sanding pad clean for consistent performance.
Disconnect the plug it cable before cleaning, inspecting or storing the machine.
