An Industrial themed hardware shop, owner run, with knowledgeable staff in attendance. I highly recommend a visit to this store.

Man I love this hardware store people actually know stuff there and they stock everything get your screws bolts etc behind the counter not off the shelf for massive price difference ask at upstairs counter and they will get you anything any quantity much cheaper.

We went there on a Saturday to find an attachment for a gas bottle not standard attachment and we where amazed by the service we received they made something up for us and what fantastic service we received, I am not sure what the guys name was but looked like the manager or owner that assisted us as well as the guys behind the counter up stairs, put pretty sure they will remember myself and my son - thank you so much for excellent service guys recommend you to anyone.

The friendly staff, Michael and Poppy, and myself experienced an electronic glitch in the computerised calculation of the goods purchased resulting in a discrepancy in the invoice total and the amount to be paid. Once aware of the problem, Michael and Poppy rectified it immediately in a friendly manner I have not experienced for a long time. Thanks guys. I'll be back
