- The chisel clamp accurately holds blades at 25°, 30°, 35° or 40° for precision sharpening.
- Suitable for chisels and plane blades from 10-60mm wide.
- The included leather strop helps remove burrs after grinding for a razor-sharp finished edge.

Pro Tips
- Choose the sharpening angle to match the original bevel of the tool wherever possible.
- Keep the water reservoir topped up during sharpening so the wheel and cutting edge remain properly cooled.
- Use light, controlled pressure. Let the grinding wheel do the work instead of forcing the blade into the stone.
- After grinding, use the leather strop to remove the burr and refine the edge for a cleaner finish.
- Clean resin, rust and dirt from blades before sharpening to help the clamp hold the tool accurately.
- Replace the grinding wheel when it becomes worn or uneven to maintain consistent sharpening performance.
How to Use
- Read the supplied instructions before assembling or operating the sharpener.
- Fit the sharpener system securely and connect it to a suitable domestic power drill.
- Fill the built-in reservoir with water so the grinding wheel can remain cool during sharpening.
- Select the correct sharpening angle for the chisel or plane blade.
- Secure the blade in the precision clamp, making sure it is straight and firmly held.
- Start the drill and allow the wetstone to rotate with a continuous water film over the grinding face.
- Sharpen the blade with light, even pressure until a clean bevel is restored.
- Use the supplied leather strop to remove the burr and refine the cutting edge.
- For knives, scissors or small tools, use the appropriate guide or tool rest as instructed.
