This replacement wheel is designed specifically for the Multi-Sharp MS2001 Drill Bit Sharpener.
The green silicon carbide wheel is used for resharpening masonry and hammer bits, flat wood bits and re-edging small tools.
For general wood and metal drill bit sharpening on the MS2001, use the correct grey aluminium oxide replacement wheel where applicable.
Use only within the stated maximum speed rating of 3000rpm.
Replace the wheel when it becomes worn, uneven, damaged or no longer sharpens effectively.
Always inspect the wheel before fitting. Do not use a cracked, chipped or damaged grinding wheel.
Two replacement nylon bearings and fitting instructions are supplied with the wheel.

Replace the wheel before it becomes badly worn or uneven, as a damaged wheel can affect sharpening accuracy.
Always fit the supplied replacement nylon bearings when changing the wheel.
After fitting the new wheel, rotate it by hand before use to confirm that it is seated correctly and turns freely.
