The MX 1600/2 RE EF HS3R is a two-gear stirrer for demanding mixing work.
First gear is best suited to heavy, high-torque mixing applications.
Second gear provides higher speed for more liquid materials.
The included HS 3 160x600 R M14 spiral stirrer is suitable for heavy materials and larger batches.
The MX-A dust extraction clips onto the edge of the mixing bucket to help reduce dust during filling and mixing.
The ErgoFix adapter allows the M14 stirring rod to be used with the ErgoFix height-adjustable connection.

Pro Tips

How to Use

Fit the AD-EF-M14/80 ErgoFix adapter and HS 3 160x600 R M14 spiral stirrer securely to the machine.
Adjust the ErgoFix height so the stirrer can be guided comfortably while standing upright.
Choose the correct gear for the material: first gear for heavy materials and second gear for more liquid materials.
Clip the MX-A dust extraction onto the edge of the bucket if mixing powder-based material.
Connect the dust extraction setup to a suitable extractor where required.
Place the stirrer basket into the material before starting the machine.
Start slowly using the variable speed trigger to prevent splashing.
Increase speed gradually and guide the stirrer through the material until the mixture is uniform.
Switch off the machine and allow the stirrer basket to stop before removing it from the bucket.
Use the FastFix system to separate the stirrer basket for cleaning and transport.
