BLADE CONTRACTOR 250 X 80T ATB 30/16 CIRCULAR SAW TCT
Features
- 250 mm diameter blade Provides deep cutting capacity for larger sheet goods, board stock and finishing applications.
- 80 T alternating bevel carbide-tipped teeth High tooth count and ATB configuration for ultra-smooth cuts and minimal edge chip, ideal for visible surfaces.
- Multi-bore fitment (30/25.4/20/16 mm) Includes spacers for 1″ (25.4 mm), 20 mm and 16 mm arbors — enhancing tool-fleet flexibility and reducing inventory complexity.
- Contractor Series construction Professional-grade build engineered for daily heavy use, demanding materials and job-site conditions—not casual DIY.
- Finish-cut tooth geometry Designed for veneer, laminate, high gloss, MDF and joinery panels where edge appearance matters as much as speed.
Benefits
- Pristine finish output: The 80-tooth ATB design ensures minimal tear-out, clean edges and less edge-sand time — perfect for visible cabinetry, furniture and panel work.
- Wide saw compatibility: With the included spacer kit (1″, 20 mm, 16 mm) plus the factory 30 mm bore, you can fit this blade on a broad range of saws — efficient inventory management.
- Durable trade-grade reliability: Contractor Series build means you get consistent performance, fewer blade changes and more cuts per blade—saving time and money.
- Reduced finishing workload: High-quality initial cuts mean less edge trimming, sanding or finishing — improving site and workshop productivity.
Extra Information
- Ideal for cabinet-makers, joiners, shop-fitters, interior trim installers and professionals working with sheet-goods, laminates, veneers and panels where finish quality matters.
- Recommended for materials such as laminates, veneered timber panels, MDF, hardwoods (where appropriate), and other high-finish visible surfaces — not primarily for heavy ripping of solid rough stock.
- Ensure your circular saw is rated for 250 mm blade diameter and that the selected arbor size matches the included spacer options (30 mm, 25.4 mm / 1″, 20 mm or 16 mm) before installation.
- To maximise blade life: keep the blade clean of pitch, dust and adhesive residue, avoid forcing the feed, ensure your saw’s base plate/fence alignment is correct and store the blade in a dry, protected case when not in use.
Pro Tip
- When doing visible edge or panel-cutting for joinery or cabinetry: score a shallow shallow cut first, then complete the full‐depth pass. With this 80-T Contractor ATB blade and included spacer kit you’ll get finish-quality cuts that reduce sanding, edging and follow-up work.

Safety
- Wear eye, ear and dust protection when cutting to protect against flying chips, laminate dust, noise and fine particles.
- Disconnect the saw from the power source before fitting or removing the blade or changing spacers.
- Ensure the blade is mounted correctly: the rotation arrow on the blade must match your saw’s direction of travel, and all flanges, guards and spacers must be secured.
- Use appropriate dust extraction or ventilation – laminate, MDF and particleboard dust can be harmful.
- Allow the blade to reach full speed before entering the cut and wait until it has fully stopped before setting the saw down or changing blades/spacers.
