Extra Information

This is a pre-separator accessory and does not replace the mobile dust extractor itself.
The CT-VA-20 is designed for use with Festool CT 26, CT 36 and CT 48 mobile dust extractors.
It can be used with compatible CT extractors with or without AUTOCLEAN function.
Festool lists the CT-VA-20 as approved for dust categories L and M when used within the correct compatible setup.
The pre-separator is especially useful where the job creates large amounts of dust or chips that would otherwise quickly fill the extractor bag or load the filter.
For best results, use compatible Festool hoses, bags and extraction accessories as part of the full dust extraction system.

How to Use

Confirm that the CT-VA-20 is being used with a compatible Festool CT 26, CT 36 or CT 48 mobile dust extractor.
Fit the disposal bag inside the pre-separator collection container if required.
Place the cyclone Systainer and container securely onto the compatible Festool extractor setup.
Connect the supplied connecting hose between the CT-VA-20 and the mobile dust extractor.
Connect the suction hose from the power tool to the CT-VA-20 inlet.
Check that all hose connections are secure and that the container lid is properly fitted.
Start the dust extractor and operate the connected power tool as normal.
Monitor the transparent collection container during use and empty it before it becomes too full.
After use, switch off the extractor, disconnect the hoses and dispose of the collected dust safely.
Clean the container, lid and hose connections as required before storage.
