RIS-PACKAGING / BAND-IT Standard Banding Tool, Tensioner and Cutter / C00169

The BAND-IT Standard Banding Tool is a premium tool that has been designed to use on bands up to 19.05 mm wide.

  • Use to apply band, strapping and free-end clamps
  • Drop forged tool with built-in cutter
  • Spring loaded gripper lever and friction-held cut-off lever with plastic grip improves ease-of-use.
  • Tensioner and Cutter
 HOW TO USE:
1. Pass the appropriate length of stainless steel strap through the button, set aside 5cm
2. Fold the reserved 5cm
3. Reserve 10cm on the other end of the tie
4. Tighten the tie with pliers and rotate the rocker to slowly tighten the tie
5. After the tie is tightened, the pliers rotate in the opposite direction and the cutting handle is pulled to cut the tie.
6. Use pliers to tighten the protruding clasps and tie edge, complete
